Yes, Our wefts are reinforced and made by a machine. They can be cut without unraveling, however we do not suggest cutting our weft.

Any hair that has been manufacture to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is absolutely normal. Minimum shedding meaning (the hair will never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. However, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.

Use minimum styling products to avoid build up. For Curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look. For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water. (AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT!) Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp. Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls & let your hair air dry. Style as desired.

FOR BEST RESULTS: Co-wash the hair with cool water. Co-washing is a method to wash hair without using shampoo and washing with conditioner. When co-washing your hair you should use a cleansing conditioner to wash the hair. Rinse the hair with cool water. Lay it flat to air dry and then install. This method will keep the curl pattern nice and tight. Hot or warm water will loosen the curl pattern. (CURLY HAIR IS HIGH MAINTENANCE) • It's Mandatory that you apply a curl defining/curl control cream while the hair is wet. This way it will stop the hair from frizzing, getting really big & poofy and lock in the wave or curl in the hair. It will give the hair a nice, soft and tamed wet look while its dry.

You must NEVER sleep on wet hair. Sleeping on wet hair is known to matte the hair & that makes it very difficult to keep the hair the way you want. Make sure your hair is completely dry before you go to sleep and you shouldn’t have anything to worry about. Rolling your hair in rods at night will maintain your curls and limit the amount of heat you have to use on your hair daily & wearing a satin bonnet at night.

Yes, you can go swimming in pools & hot tubs. We recommend braiding your hair or pulling it up into a ponytail before swimming to keep your hair from tangling. It is best to wash your hair right after swimming & add a leave in conditioner after swimming.
